Refund Policy

General Principle

At The Natural Fit, we strive to provide high-quality programs and services. However, due to the nature of the products and services offered, some sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital Programs

Digital training programs (PDFs, videos, downloadable or online streaming content) are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that access to digital content is provided immediately after payment. Consequently, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access to the program is granted or the download is completed.

Physical Products

Physical programs or any physically delivered goods may be returned only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product is unused.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • The product is in perfect condition.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Online and In-Person Coaching

Online or in-person coaching sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Every booked session is considered a commitment from the client.

  • In case of inability to attend, a date change may be accepted, provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given before the session.

  • Beyond this timeframe, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.

Refusal of Refund

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request in the following cases:

  • Partial or complete use of the program.

  • Download of or access to digital content.

  • No-show for a booked coaching session.

  • Non-compliance with return conditions.
