1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products and services offered by The Natural Fit, including:

• Training programs (digital and physical)

• Coaching services (online and in-person)

• Fitness-related products Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products and Services

The Natural Fit offers:

• Training programs in digital format (PDF, videos, online content)

• Physical programs

• Personalized coaching services

• Educational content related to fitness, well-being, and health. All products are intended for personal use only.

3. Orders

All orders placed on the site are firm and final upon payment validation. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when ordering. The Natural Fit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of issues (payment, fraud, etc.).

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and may be modified at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via the payment platforms used on the site.

6. Access to Digital Products

Upon payment validation:

• Access to digital programs is immediate.

• Content is sent via email or accessible through an online portal. The customer acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal once access is provided.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Digital Products

Digital programs (PDF, videos, online content) are non-refundable once access is granted or the download is completed.

7.2 Physical Products

Physical products may only be returned if:

• The request is made within 14 days of receipt.

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

• The product is in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.3 Coaching

Coaching sessions (online or in-person) are non-refundable after booking. A date change is possible with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Beyond this timeframe, the session is considered completed and non-refundable.

7.4 Refusal of Refund

The Natural Fit reserves the right to refuse any refund request in cases of:

• Partial or full use of a program.

• Access or download of digital content.

• Absence from a booked coaching session.

• Failure to meet return conditions.

8. Liability

Programs, advice, and services are provided for informational purposes. The customer acknowledges that:

• Physical activity involves risks.

• They are responsible for verifying their own physical condition. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting. The Natural Fit cannot be held liable for injuries, misuse of programs, or failure to achieve specific results.

9. Results

Results may vary based on several factors: consistency, nutrition, physical level, and commitment. No results are guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content offered (programs, videos, text, visuals) is protected. It is strictly forbidden to share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written authorization.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
